Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lux de Parfum, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔄 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unopened and in original packaging

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Due to the nature of our products, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.

📦 How to Return

  1. Email us at luxdeparfum@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxdeparfum@gmail.com with photos and a brief explanation.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
