Due to the nature of our products, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
